Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that all disputes and differences between them stand settled in terms of Consent Terms dated April 22, 2026 executed by the parties. The Petition was originally filed with twelve Respondents. Respondent Nos.13 to 18 are being introduced as Respondents. The land in question is being sold to Respondent Nos.15 to 18. Respondent Nos.13 and 14 are said to be Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

All disputes and differences across the parties in respect of the subject land stand settled in terms of the Consent Terms. 3.

Learned Advocates for the parties submit that nothing in the Consent Terms is in conflict with any obligation owed by them in contract or law. Based on these submissions, the undertakings set out in the Consent Terms shall constitute undertakings given to the Court. Respondent Nos.13 to 18 are permitted to be added as Respondents before the Registry. Re-verification is dispensed with. The Consent Terms is marked 'X' for identification and is taken on record. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

Except for Respondent No.6, all other parties are present in Court with one Respondent appearing virtually. The newly added Respondents are given liberty to file vakalatnama before the Registry. 6.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
