Mr. Kamat, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file revision under provisions of section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 against order dated 6 May 2024 to the extent it rejects Appeal No.35 of 2024. It appears that Respondent No.4 has already lodged a separate revision before the learned Minister against order dated 6 May 2024 to the limited extent it condones the delay in filing of Appeal No.35 of 2024. The time consumed in prosecuting the present Petition shall be considered for condonation of delay in filing the revision before the learned Minister (Co-operation). The learned Minister (Co-operation) is requested to decide both the revision applications in an expeditious manner preferably within a period of four months. Reserving the liberty as observed above, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.
