Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the experience certificate has now been issued during pendency of the petition and as such the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take appropriate recourse to any legal proceeding for challenging the experience certificate issued by the State.

The writ petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
