a. that the notice of the above Writ Petition No. 11547 of 2024 be served upon Respondent No.1 by publishing the same in the local newspaper 'Navshakti' and 'Free Press Journal' having circulation in Mumbai and Thane District under the provisions of Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; 2) It appears that by order dated 17 March 2025 this Court had issued fresh notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 28 April 2025. However it appears that Petitioner would not supplied copy of the Petition for service of notice on Respondent No.2 on the given address. If copies supplied, issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 28 April 2025.
