The impugned notices have been issued after this Court delivered it's judgment on 03.05.2024, at the Principal Seat, in W.P. 1778/2023 (Hexaware Technologies Limited Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax and Others), [(2024) 464 ITR 430].

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26.11.2024. The learned advocate Mr. Sharma waives service on behalf of respondents. 3.

In view of the above, we are granting ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (E), which reads as under:- "E] Pending the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the effect, execution, implementation and further proceeding in pursuance to order dated 10.04.2023, passed under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, and notice dated 10.04.2023 issued u/sec. 148 of the Income Tax Act (Exh. 'C' ) issued by respondent no. 2 for the assessment year 2016-17 may kindly stayed."
