After this petition was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to espouse appropriate remedy including of the remedy of filing an appeal under the Indian Forest Act, 1927.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
Only to enable the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority and to obtain orders on the stay application, for a period of two weeks no coercive action be taken under the impugned notice. 4.
Such protection in no manner is an expression on the merits of the rival contentions. The appropriate authority shall decide the proceedings on its own merits and in accordance with law.

All contentions of the petitioners are expressly kept open. 6.
Disposed of. No costs.
