Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

At the outset, this Court has raised the query with regard to the maintainability of this Petition when Revision is maintainable against the impugned order under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Though it is sought to be canvased on behalf of the Petitioner that, the Petitioner was not served the notice, the said issue cannot be gone into in this Petition and that it is not permissible for this Court to N.S. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount involved in the certificate issued under Section 101 of the Act. At his request, stand over to 22nd August 2024. 4.
