PER COURT :- The petitioner, which is a management, is challenging the approval granted by respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) as if respondent No.5 was appointed by the management when there is no such resolution. Besides, he is second in the seniority list of the teachers working in the school. It is also questioning the subsequent order of the Education Officer dated 03.10.2024, whereby it has stayed the approval granted to the appointment of respondent No.5 as Head Master, but still, has directed him to be the in-charge Head Master and further permitted him to undertake the financial and administrative work.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 12.12.2024. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent Nos. 1

Till the next date, the operation of both the impugned orders shall stand stayed.
