This is one more Petition filed by the employee against the Respondent - Management making grievance of non-payment of the salary. We have to take note of large number of Petitions of similar nature for non-payment of either full or part of the salary against the very same management.

List this Petition on 18 November 2024 along with the group of Writ Petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 6765 of 2018 and others where identical grievance is made against this management.

We direct the Respondent No.2 - Joint Director to look into this issue of large scale Petitions being filed against this management in respect of the same grievance and what action the State Government proposes to take.
