The challenge in this writ petition is to an order passed by the Registrar in exercise of powers under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 152 of the said Act. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated in the appeal, present writ petition stands disposed of.
