The learned AGP is producing on record copy of order passed by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar dated 17.10.2024, wherein he has directed to make available the escort party for implementation of order passed by Child Welfare Committee, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for producing children in need of care and protection before Child Welfare Committee, Jharkhand. The said order is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'A'. The learned AGP submits that escort party will take children after availability of railway reservation. 2.

Taking into consideration the Exhibit 'A', purpose of the writ petition has been served.
