By this petition, the petitioners essentially seek a direction to the respondent No.2- Director of Marketing, Central Building, Pune to decide the petitioners' complaint dated 6th September 2024, which is at page 96 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible and within a stipulated period.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the petitioners' complaint will be decided within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned A.G.P., on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition, since this is the only relief sought for in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioners' complaint, and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
