We have heard the present proceeding for some time. We adjourn the proceedings to 3 February 2025 (HOB), to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to take instructions whether the petitioner would be ready and willing to deposit in this Court the balance amounts which were due and payable to respondent No.1 along with interest @ 18% p.a. to show his bona fide.

2. In the event, the petitioner brings this amount before this Court, it would be possible to hear the parties further on the proceedings. Let the actual amount which would become due and payable with such interest be informed by respondent No.1 to the petitioner within two days from today.
