The aforesaid Petitions along with other Petitions although disposed of vide order dated 21st March 2025, the same have been listed today for recording compliance of the same. We are informed that in the aforesaid Petitions, the compensation has been calculated by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Palghar, Vasai District. 2.

The grievance of the learned counsel for the Petitioners is that in 3 out of 16 cases, there has been no compliance and in the other Petitions, the computation is incorrect, in particular in Clause 14 of the Chart. Learned counsel has tendered a chart, which has also been served on Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader. 2/3
