By this Petition, the challenge is to the order of the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum scaling down the claim as decided by the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum from about Rs.25 lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after a period of four weeks. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve Respondent by private notice by all permissible modes of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date. 3.

Stand over to 6th January, 2025.
