2] We may note that validity of Corrigendum dated 14/02/2017 was the subject matter of challenge by way of Writ Petition No.3712 of 2017 (Kalaskarwadi Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit & Another vs The State of Maharashtra and Others). By the judgment dated 30/08/2024 while setting aside the said Corrigendum, Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Societies that were registered till the date of the judgment were protected. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to contend that since the respondent no.4 - Society 1/2

20 WP-11781-24.doc had not commenced its business, it would not be entitled to seek benefit of this judgment. Time is granted to the respondent no.4 to file affidavit-in-reply.
