The petitioner who claims to have interest as mortgagee in respect of loan advanced to the 3rd respondent is aggrieved by a Public Notice issued at the behest of the 2nd respondent sealing the said flat. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has no authority in law to seal the premises. The communication dated 8th May 2024 has been addressed by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18th September 2024. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent no.1. Service by all modes is permitted.
