Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. as also the learned advocate for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2.

Though the petitioner is apparently challenging the show cause notice and the subsequent charge-sheet on the premise that it is a matter of duplication, he having been already held guilty and have been censured, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent nos. 2 and 3 are directed to consider his application at page nos. 129 to 134 dated 02.09.2024, whereby he has sought to advert their attention to such duplication.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's application on its own merits and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
