Leave to amend the clause title of respondent No. 1. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, pursuant to the arbitration award of the amount of Rs.12,50,000/-, which was the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition, the petitioners have deposited Rs. 8,00,000/- in compliance with the order dated 22.10.2024. In relation to the balance amount, the petitioners will submit the demand draft during the course of the day, which will then be handed over to respondent No. 1. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited by the petitioners alongwith interest accrued, if any. 6.

Needless to state that, in view of deposit of the said amount, necessary consequences shall follow.
