The Petitioners in this petition are the project affected persons who inter alia seeks cancellation of the notice dated 3rd August 2024, by which the bids have been invited for contract of house keeping, cleaning, sweeping and sanitation services for Railway Station, Metro Stations, Ports, Airports, Bus Terminus, Public Sector Building and other Government / Semi Government Buildings and to reissue the same through the process of ebidding from the experienced CIDCO project affected persons. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to produce a fresh synopsis containing the chronological list of events and facts in brief as well as written submissions.
