This petition takes exception to the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 on the ground that the appeal filed against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer dated 19th June 2023 is beyond limitation. It is the contention of the petitioner that though specific objection was raised with regard to the maintainability of the appeal on this ground, the said objection has not been considered by the Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel for the respondent records consent for setting-aside the order dated 24th April 2024 passed by the Appellate Authority with liberty to the contesting respondents to file application for condonation of delay.

By consent of both sides, the order impugned stands settingaside. 4.
