Heard Shri Chandratre, learned counsel for the petitioners. Shri Dighe, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents no. 1 to 6 has placed on record a copy of communication dated 03/03/2025 addressed by Assistant Regional Water Conservation Officer to the Secretary of Soil and Water Conservation Department, Mantralaya. By this communication, a proposal for disbursement of an amount of Rs.830.86 lakhs has been submitted to the Secretary, Soil and Water Conservation Department. In the said proposal, it has been indicated that priority be accorded to the proposal as the PIL is pending Jvs.
