None for the Petitioners. None had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners even on 6 May 2025. We have perused the record. 2.

In this Petition, the Petitioners, inter-alia, seek a direction to the Respondents to make payment of land compensation, which was handed over by the Petitioners in the year 2013, for construction of Minor Irrigation Tank at Saraste, District - Nashik.

The learned Govt. Pleader, who has entered appearance, on instructions, submits that the claims made by the Petitioners seeking compensation in respect of the lands belonging to them has been processed and the file has been sent to the Finance Department. It is further submitted that the amount of compensation, which is due to the Petitioners, shall be paid to them within a period of six weeks.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. No further order is required to be passed.
