Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners has relied upon the decision of the Division Bench (Aurangabad Bench) in Writ Petition No. 8534 of 2023 with other connected petitions in the case of Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyas v/s. State of Maharashtra and others to contend that since the Petitioners have passed Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) which is one more mode to become eligible to appear for Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT) examination are merely on the ground that the Petitioners names appeared in the TET scam, they cannot be barred from enrolling Sneha Chavan

The Petitioners will give notice to Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and file affidavit of service.

Stand over to 2 September 2024.

In the meanwhile, the Respondents will examine the decision of Aurangabad Bench and if the Petitioners are covered by the said decision, will take necessary steps without waiting for the orders to be passed in this petition.
