As regards the appointment through Pavitra Portal is concerned, the legal position is clear that merely because approval is not granted, it will not entail the Management to terminate the services of teacher solely on that ground and the liability of the Respondent-Management to pay the salary continues. The Respondent-Management to take into account this legal position and Sneha Chavan

2 12-WP-11917-2024.doc shall not terminate the services of the Petitioner only on this ground without seeking leave of this Court.
