The counsel for Respondents has stated that the operation and effect of said order was kept in abeyance for a period of four weeks from the date of Judgment, but the Judgment was uploaded on 7th January 2026 and thereafter, the Respondents have challenged the said Judgment before the Hon'ble Apex Court. As the matter is pending at the diary proceeding before the Hon'ble Apex Court, the counsel for Respondents prayed to extend the period granted by this Court to keep the order in abeyance.
