The Petitioner has challenged the stipulation in the Government Resolution dated 7 August 2012. This Government Resolution is issued by the General Health Department of State of Maharashtra. In the list of Authorities to which the copy of the Resolution is sent, there is no reference to the Municipal Corporation.

The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation seeks time to place on record the document by which this Government Resolution is adopted by the Municipal Corporation, if at all. After Sneha Chavan
