Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Ms. K.N. Solunke, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 to 5 and Mr. N.S. Pansare, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos.6 to 9.

consideration of the Revision Application preferred by them under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the State Government. It is their grievance that though the aforesaid proceedings were filed in the year 2022 and the same has been numbered as Revision Application No.354 of 2022, it has not yet been decided. 3.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions from respondent no.1, submits that within a period of four months, the proceedings would be decided.

In view of the aforesaid, the following directions are issued :- (i) The respondent no.1 shall decide Revision Application No.354 of 2022 within a period of four months of receiving copy of this order.
(ii) The parties are at liberty to file additional documents within a period of four weeks from receipt of copy of this order.
(iii) Due notice shall be given to all parties of the date of hearing.
(iv) The proceedings be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law.
