Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has sought to question the list dated 6 March 2019 and the letter dated 13 April 2021. By this communication and the list, the Petitioner is held to be ineligible for the post of Divisional Controller. The petition is filed in August 2024. The explanation for delay is only that the Petitioner had made an application under Right to Information Act,2005. The interview marks list is of 2019 in which the Petitioner was made aware of the position. Even after the letter dated 13 April 2023, the Petitioner Sneha Chavan

2 13-WP-11958-2024.doc has approached this Court after one and half years. The selection process is of 2019 which must have been completed. No effective relief therefore can be granted in this petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
