Accordingly Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent - Collector, Raigad to decide the petitioners' application dated 1st September 2021 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners.
