The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out the communication dated 25th July, 2022 made by the three Members Committee of the Zilla Parishad comprising of the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and the Education Officer, Primary, thereby informing the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Gauri Gaekwad

60.WP-11964-2024.odt Development Department that the present Petitioner is eligible for one increment in the light of being a State Disabled Awardee. The Government has not taken any decision on the same. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.8 to deal with the proposal dated 25th July, 2022 forwarded to his office. After carrying out a verification exercise, an appropriate decision shall be taken within 45 days from today and if the Petitioner is eligible for the monetary benefits, an appropriate order, for releasing the monetary benefits and recalculation of the pay scale with the addition of the increment from the date the Petitioner was entitled to receive it, shall be passed. Arrears be computed and the amount be paid to the Petitioner within 90 days from today.
