The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered copy of the communication dated 28th August 2024 issued by the office of the Collector, Nashik to the Joint District Registrar, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that since it was found necessary to undertake the corrections in the Ready Reckoner entries, the petitioner was called upon to contact the office of the Joint District Registrar, Nashik. He submits that the petitioner's documents have been forwarded to the said authority. 3.

In view of aforesaid, it would be open for the Joint District Registrar, Nashik, to take appropriate steps in accordance with the

Diksha Rane 21. wp 11982-24.doc communication dated 28th August 2024 in accordance with law. The decision on the petitioner's application be taken within a period of eight weeks from receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
