Petitioner- Ms. Geeta Swapnil Kadam is personally present in Court. She states that as the dispute with the Respondent i.e. Husband is settled, she is not interested in prosecuting the Petition and she seeks withdrawal of the Petition.

The Petition is filed by Ms. Geeta Swapnil Kadam through Constituted Attorney Mr. Dnyaneshwar Dharmaji Kamble i.e. the father of the Petitioner. He is personally present in Court and opposes withdrawal of the Writ Petition. He states that as long as he is the Constituted Attorney of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition can not be allowed to be withdrawn on the statement of the Petitioner. 3.
As there is some misunderstanding between the Petitioner and her father, Mr. Hemant Surve, learned Counsel, is requested to assist them and therefore the matter was kept back in the afternoon Session. Vaibhav Page No. 1

In the afternoon Session, the Petitioner has filed affidavit dated 25th April 2025 stating that the said Power of Attorney given to her father dated 8th December 2022 was given to conduct the proceedings in her absence and therefore, as she is personally present in Court, she is cancelling said Power of Attorney. The said affidavit dated 25th April 2025 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 5.
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Dharmaji Kamble, father of the Petitioner only states that in the said affidavit dated 25th April 2025 address of the Petitioner is incorrectly mentioned. The Petitioner states that the address mentioned is correct.

In any case, as the Petitioner is personally present in Court and seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition the same is allowed. 7.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawan and disposed of as such.
