After arguing the matter for some time, Mr.Narayan Bubna, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 4th February 2023 passed by the Third Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division) Pune, before the appropriate forum. 2.

Mr.Aniket Nangare, the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.5 to 7 is present. He has opposed the prayer made by the Petitioner's counsel. However, having regard to the facts of the case, we are inclined to allow the prayer of withdrawal of the Petition with liberty.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed.
