Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the appeal under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 before the Co-operative Minister, there was stay granted to the order passed by the Respondent No.1/The Commissioner Cooperation and Registrar Cooperative Society, Maharashtra State, Pune dated 03/03/2021.

In view of this, till next date of hearing the order dated 12th July, 2023 granting stay the order passed by the Respondent No.1/Co-operative Commissioner and Registrar stands continued till the next date of hearing.
