The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to obtain instructions as regard the steps that would be taken to implement the order dated 31st March 2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Kolhapur under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. This is for the reason that despite earlier steps being taken, the borrowers have re-entered possession. This has resulted in lodging of First Information Report No.123 dated 13th February 2024 and 613 dated 29th June 2024.
