The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to obtain instructions as regard the steps that would be taken to implement the order dated 30th March 2021 passed in Securitization Application No.28 of 2021 (TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd. Vs. Rohidas Harichandra Jadhav and Ors.) by the Additional District Magistrate, Palghar under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. This is for the reason that despite earlier steps being taken, the borrowers have re-entered possession on 28th May 2022. This has resulted in lodging of First Information Report No.468 dated 15th December 2022. 2.
