Mr. Shah states that there is an inadvertent error in 3rd sentence of paragraph 27 of the petition, wherein it is stated that respondent no.3 has his office at 'Daman' whereas it should be at 'Vapi.' Mr. Shah states petitioner will make the necessary corrections and also explain how this Court will have jurisdiction and not the Gujarat High Court.

Mr. Shah states amendment will be carried out and amended petition will be served within one week.

Reply to be filed and copy served by 24th September 2024. Stand over to 30th September 2024.
