Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC") in June 13, 2025. Pursuant to an Appeal filed before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, he would submit, there is a likelihood that the disputes that triggered the insolvency process may be resolved.

In the interregnum, he does not have instructions on whether to pursue this Petition. If the admission into CIRP continues, it would be the resolution professional, who would take a decision on whether to agitate these proceedings.
