The challenge in this writ petition arises out of order of issuance of certificate under Section 154B-29 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioners has remedy of filing revision under Section 154 of the MCS Act. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the revisional authority, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

Considering the fact that this Court on 4 September 2024 granted ad-interim relief, same shall continue for a period of two weeks from today.
