Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner now has a medical certificate in the prescribed form which he is willing to furnish to the Respondent No.1.

Mr. Dighe, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.1 submits that if such a certificate is submitted by 24th March, 2025, the Respondent No.1 will look into it and pass Nikita

The decision be communicated within one week thereafter.

Once the decision is taken on the application of the Petitioner for resuming duties, the aspect of payment of salary during this period will be considered expeditiously. 5.

If there are any deficiencies or any further information is required, the Respondent No.1 will give an opportunity to the Petitioner to comply with the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
