The petitioner's registration was revoked by order dated 24.03.2017. Against that, substantive appeal has been filed under the provisions of Handicapped School Code before respondent no.1. Pending the appeal, the report was called from respondent no.2. When the substantive appeal is pending before respondent no.1, advertisement has been issued on 12.09.2024, calling the proposal for transferring the school of the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the advertisement concerned and the action of the respondents proposing to transfer its school.
