This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following substantive relief:- "b) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature of Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing to the Respondents authorities to forthwith decide the representations dated 28.04.2016, 20.03.2017 and 07.06.2024 made by Petitioner to the Respondents authorities;"

Mr. Nikhil Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioner would at the very outset submit that his prayer is limited to the extent of the respondent authorities deciding the representations made by the petitioner, dated 28 April 2016, 20 March 2017 and 7 June 2024. 3.
Mr. Pawar would state that the respondents are duly served which is apparent from the record.

A perusal of the reliefs sought and pressed in the petition by Mr. Pawar make it clear that the representations (supra) are to be decided by competent authority of the respondents. There is no opposition to the petition.

In our view, no prejudice would be caused to the parties by passing the following order which would meet the ends of justice:-
ORDER
(i) Representations of the petitioner dated 28 April 2016, 20 March 2017 and 7 June 2024 be decided by the competent authority of the respondents, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, not later than within a period of six weeks from the date this order is made available to such competent authority of the respondents.
