Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for the State.

This petition takes exception to the common judgment and order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, thereby invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe. 3.

The same impugned order was the subject-matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.12375 of 2024 filed by two other claimants namely Sanjyot Hanmant Ganlewar and Sandhyarani Hanmant Ganlewar in which this Court, by an

(2) 968 WP-12179.2024.odt order dated 05.02.2025, quashed and set aside the impugned order.

Learned A.G.P. does not dispute the said aspect. 5.

In that view of the matter, without dealing elaborately, we adopt the same course by setting aside the impugned order, by passing the following order.

ORDER

(i) Writ petition is allowed partly.

(ii) The impugned order dated 18.10.2024 passed by respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside.

(iii) Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, which shall be subject to outcome of reverification by the Scrutiny Committee. (iv) Petitioner shall not claim any equity.
