This is one more Petition against the very same Respondent - Management making identical grievance of nonpayment of the salary. We have to take note of large number of Petitions of similar nature against this Management. We also direct the Respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4 to take note and inform the Court as what these authorities propose to do in the light of grievance of large number of employees against this management as regards nonpayment of dues and salaries.
