Mr. N. V. Bandiwadekar, the learned Senior Advocate for the respondent nos.1 and 2, on instructions, has tendered copy of the communication dated 09/09/2024 issued by the respondent no.2 to the petitioner no.1. The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. It has been stated therein that the petitioner nos.2 and 3 can continue their education at the respondent no.2school as early. In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition is served.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that insofar as petitioner no.2 is concerned, the class examinations were held in August 2024. The learned Senior Advocate submits that 1/2

The writ petition is thus disposed of as having served its purpose. Needless to state that in case the respondent nos.1 and 2 have any grievance as regards the petitioner no.1 is concerned, they are free to take steps in accordance with law.
