Learned counsel for the petitioner presses for stay to the further proceedings before the Family Court. The present petition arises out of an order rejecting application for interim maintenance under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Hence, there is no Page no. 1 of 2

It is clarified that this court has not granted stay to the proceedings before the Family Court. Hence, the Family Court is directed to proceed further with the matter.
