Mr. Saket Mone, learned advocate states that the financial bid in relation to the subject tender has been opened and M/s. A.G. Enviro Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. has been declared to be L-1 and has been called for negotiations for

finalization of the bid by respondent No.2 - Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. He, thus, states that the said company is a necessary party.

At this juncture, learned Senior Advocate representing the petitioner orally prays that he may be permitted to implead aforesaid company as party-respondent No.4. The petitioner is, thus, granted leave to implead the aforesaid company as party-respondent No.4. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Necessary amendments shall be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner during course of the day. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 3 September 2024.

Learned Additional Government Pleader puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and waives service of notice. Mr. Tejas Dande, learned advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and waives service of notice. Mr. Saket Mone, learned advocate appears for newly impleaded respondent No.4 and waives service of notice.

Learned Senior Advocate representing the petitioner also seeks leave to describe respondent No.1 appropriately. 7.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
