Petitioner is present in the court. Learned advocate for the petitioner is appointed through the Legal Aid Services Committee. On instructions, the learned advocate submits that recently the Family Court has passed an order permitting the petitioner to meet the minor child for two hours from 26th October 2024 to 29th October 2024.

She further on instructions submits that the main proceedings in the Family Court is kept for recording evidence on 6th November 2024.

With regard to the apprehension expressed by the petitioner Page no. 1 of 2

13-wp-12230-2024.doc in this petition, this court suggested to the petitioner that she may file an appropriate application making grievance before the Family Court. Since the proceedings before the Family Court are at the stage of trial, depending upon the petitioner's experience, at the time of availing the order of access to meet the minor child, it will be open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the event she has any grievance.

In view of the aforesaid observations and liberty, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Family court agitating the grievance made by her in this petition.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
