On 2nd September 2024, the following order was passed :- 1.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader is granted time of two weeks to take instructions as to whether a similar direction as issued in Writ Petition No.6691 of 2024 (Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, through its President & Anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.), Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

along with connected writ petitions, on 8th May 2024 could be issued.

List under the caption of "Directions" on 18th September 2024.

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleaders, on instructions, submit that a similar direction as issued in Writ Petition No.6691 of 2024 may be issued.

Accordingly, for reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 8th May 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.6691 of 2024 with connected writ petitions, the following directions are issued :- (a) Time of eight weeks is granted to respondent nos.1 to 4 within which period the case of each petitioner would be scrutinized and the eligibility as well as quantum of reimbursement would be determined by the concerned respondent.
(b) The admissible amount of reimbursement to such petitioner would be released within a period of two weeks thereafter.
(c) If any petitioner is not entitled for any amount of reimbursement, an order to that effect would be passed and such petitioner would be free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
(d) The prayer for grant of interest on the amount to be reimbursed is kept open. The petitioners are free to pursue the same in accordance with law.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs. 6.
